Accidentally Good – How It All Started (By Accident)
I’m Frank – most people call me Stelle.
I’ve been working with graphic design for about 10 years now, and in the last 3 years I’ve picked up video editing as a creative hobby.
It all started out of necessity: The first layouts I ever made were for bands on my label, Doc Gator Records. No formal training, no real plan – just a lot of curiosity. And with every project, I learned more.
I don’t create original artworks or illustrations – but I make sure that existing material is prepared professionally, cleanly, and ready for CD, vinyl, or digital releases.
The same goes for video: I simply dove in – and quickly realized that with the right sense for music and mood, you can achieve some pretty awesome results.
I’ve been a bass player for over 35 years, and I’ve been playing in Ghosther for many years now. So I know from experience how much heart and soul goes into being in a band – and how frustrating it is when a decent layout or music video instantly costs you a few thousand euros.
Accidentally Good is my way of addressing that gap:
DIY instead of a design studio. Hands-on instead of high-end agency.
I’m not here to compete with full-time professionals – I just want to support smaller bands with limited budgets. Straightforward, honest, and always with the right feel for the music.
